uistash is made by Rafael Cunha Mendes de Toledo LTDA, a company registered in Brazil ("we", "us"). These terms are written in plain language on purpose. By buying or using uistash you agree to them.

What you're buying

One uistash purchase: $79, one-time. Pay once. The app is yours forever: it never expires, never phones home, and works offline. Your purchase includes one year of updates. Every version you download in that year is yours to keep permanently. After that, renew only if you want new versions: the optional renewal is a separate one-time purchase, about $39, not a subscription. Keep the receipt. The purchase is personal: it belongs to you, not to a team or a company seat.

The one promise: 14-day refund

If uistash isn't for you, reply to your receipt or email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back. No questions asked, no forms. This is the only guarantee we make, and we mean it.

Payments are handled by Paddle

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the checkout, your card details (we never see them), sales tax, and invoices. Their buyer terms apply to the payment itself.

What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or your purchase receipt.
• Share your receipt so someone else can recover a download.
• Repackage the software or pass it off as your own product.

Your receipt is for recovering your download, not for opening the app. An installed copy keeps working without checking in with us. Please don't make us regret that.

Your references are yours — and your responsibility

uistash is local-first: the designs you save and the reproductions it builds live on your machine, and they're yours. You're responsible for what you import — respect the rights of the designers whose work you reference, especially if you publish or ship something derived from it.

Bring-your-own engines

Imports run on AI engines you connect with your own API keys. Those providers bill you directly under their own terms; their costs, limits, and behavior are between you and them. uistash never marks up or proxies that usage.

No warranty, limited liability

uistash is a personal project, sold as-is. We work on it because we use it every day, but we don't promise it is free of bugs or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at what you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country grants you regardless.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them, and material changes get a note on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
